1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Wittz mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

• You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Submit content that is offensive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Manipulate game results, rankings, or ratings through unfair means

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (phrases, chat messages, or other materials) through the App, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• Represent that you own or have the right to submit such content
• Acknowledge that other users will see and interact with your content during gameplay

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

6. In-App Purchases

• Virtual Currency: The App offers virtual coins that can be purchased with real money. Coins are used to unlock avatar items and other in-app features.
• No Real-World Value: Virtual coins and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Non-Refundable: All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective policies.
• Restore Purchases: You can restore previously purchased items using the "Restore Purchases" option in the Coin Shop.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices for in-app purchases at any time.

7. Battle Pass

The App may offer seasonal Battle Pass content with free and premium tiers. Premium Battle Pass purchases are valid for the duration of the season in which they are purchased and do not carry over to subsequent seasons.

8. Ranked Play and Ratings

The App features a competitive ranked mode with an ELO-based rating system. By participating in ranked games, you acknowledge that:

• Your rating, rank, and game statistics are visible to other players
• Ratings are calculated automatically based on game performance
• Intentional manipulation of ratings (boosting, tanking, etc.) is prohibited
• We may reset or adjust ratings at the start of new seasons

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wittz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the App
• Is fraudulent or illegal

You may permanently delete your account at any time by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete My Account within the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wittz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
